High blood pressure: High blood pressure, also called hypertension. Doctors call this disease a silent killer. Because, its symptoms are not easily understood, but silently damages the heart. If blood pressure is not treated, it can lead to various diseases. It increases the risk of other serious diseases, including heart attack and stroke. Diabetes: Diabetes refers to having too much glucose or blood sugar in the blood. When the pancreas stops producing enough insulin in the body, diabetes occurs. The amount of insulin in the body decreases in diabetes. It is also known as a silent killer disease. Because initially no symptoms of diabetes may appear. Only when the disease progresses, it can cause symptoms such as fatigue, weight loss, frequent urination and increased thirst. It is a disease that silently destroys the functioning of all the organs of the body.

 

Cancer: Most cancers are silent killers, including breast cancer, cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, ovarian cancer, and lung cancer. Caught only after reaching the fatal stage.

Fatty Liver Disease: Fatty liver disease can be of two types – non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and alcoholic fatty liver disease (AFLD), also called alcoholic steatohepatitis. NAFLD is a type of fatty liver, not related to alcohol consumption. And AFLD is caused by heavy alcohol consumption. Fatty liver is also not easily diagnosed. It is a silent killer disease.

Osteoporosis: Osteoporosis is a type of bone disease. Which is not easily perceived. It does not show any signs or symptoms until then; Until a fracture occurs or a diagnostic test is performed. This is why it is called the silent killer. In this disease, the bones become weak and begin to crack. Bone loss begins. Fracture risk remains at any time. The slightest sprain can break a bone.

 

Fatty Liver: Fatty liver disease develops slowly in the body and initially there are no significant symptoms. Because of this, it acts as a silent killer in the body. This disease can lead to end-stage cirrhosis and scarring of the liver (fibrosis).

Sleep Apnea: Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder. In this disease there will be problem of snoring. This disease is like a silent killer. The affected person may die prematurely while sleeping. Patients with sleep apnea are at increased risk of having a stroke during sleep. A person with obstructive sleep apnea has repeated complete or partial closure of the airway during sleep.
