Find out the ideal weight of men and women according to height, we call someone fat or thin just by looking at them without thinking about anything. Actually, that is not the case at all. According to medical science, body mass index or BMI is used to determine whether someone is thin or fat. Every human has an ideal weight relative to height. It is believed that if the weight is within this ideal level, i.e. not more or less than it, then the person has a healthy body. And less chance of disease.

What is the Ideal weight for men and women?

In the standard weighting system, a person’s weight is measured in kilograms, and height is measured in meters. Now the weight is divided by the square of the height. This quotient is called BMI. A BMI between 18 and 24 is normal. Between 25 and 30 is healthy or slightly obese, and between 30 and 35 is overweight. And above 35 can be called extremely and morbidly obese.

No one wants to be overweight or underweight. Many of us are short but fat, and many are very tall but like palm leaf sepia. Such a condition means that their weight is not correct according to their height. To know whether you are overweight or underweight, or just right, know according to your height.

Fat cells are more in the abdomen, hips, and waist. Fat accumulates in the body due to overeating, and fat can accumulate in the body due to the fact that the amount of food consumed or the number of calories that the body receives is not lost or expended. After hearing or knowing these, many people may say that their weight is high even after consuming the right amount of food. Their complaints are correct. People can also be fat because of genetics.

Alcoholism, oversleeping, stress, steroids, and other types of drugs can also cause weight gain. Many problems with excess weight or obesity. Any type of heart disease is more likely to be due to excess weight. In addition, the accumulation of fat in the blood vessels causes various problems. Excess weight also causes high blood pressure. Type-2 diabetes can occur due to obesity. Obese people are 5 percent more likely to get cancer of the uterus, prostate, and colon.

Difficulty walking with weight gain. The knee joints, cartilage, and ligaments deteriorate. The chances of developing arthritis, gout, and gout are also increased. Excess fat also increases the risk of gallstones.

All in all, being underweight or being overweight are both inimical to health. Determine your ideal weight, and try to bring the weight to the ideal position given your condition. Being beautiful is not just being good, living healthy is being truly good.
